WP 5: Disaster Resiliency in Housing Project

Task 5.3: RImprovement in CSIR-CBRI developed pre-fab technologies

Objective:

  • Development and modification of CBRI developed technologies for utilization as pre-fab building components

Description of Task:

There is a need to identify the drawbacks in the CSIR-CBRI developed technologies so to industrialized prefabrication for speedier and durable mass housing project. This requires drawing and schemes of building for sub urban areas, specifically depicting detailing of various components required to be pre-fabricated, thus standardize the process and make it industry oriented

Deliverables:

  • Upgraded CBRI developed prefab building components for mass housing construction
